We, the undersigned, support the proposed addition of the Southwind Tiki Bar and Food Truck Court at Southwind Marina.
We believe these amenities will:
• Enhance the community’s waterfront experience.
• Support local small businesses and food vendors.
• Create a vibrant gathering place for residents and visitors.
• Boost tourism and economic activity in the Pensacola area.
We are seeking to open a Tiki Bar & Food Truck Court with live coastal-style entertainment. Our service offerings will include beer, wine, and seltzer with plans to purchase a full liquor license in the future. We respectfully request that the Escambia County Board of Adjustment approve the Conditional Use application for this project on August 20, 2025.
